Once a digital product (including but not limited to travel guides, itineraries, and downloadable files) has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds.

We encourage travelers to carefully review product descriptions and previews before purchasing.

Exceptions

If you experience technical issues accessing or downloading your file, please reach out to us within 7 days of purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.
